I really can’t believe it. The 2009 MacWorld Expo is just around the corner — it starts Monday. In preparation for the once-a-year event, Mac News Weekly has launched their official MacWorld 2009 website (macworld.macnewsweekly.com). It will serve as a place where I can post the “behind-the-scenes” of the event and of Mac News Weekly production. Don’t worry. All episodes done at MacWorld will be placed in the regular show feeds, but the website is built to bring the expo closer-to-home for those who cannot attend.
Just a quick notice. Some things went terribly wrong while attempting to upgrade WordPress from 2.6 to 2.7. Everything was deleted! However, it is not a huge deal because I host all my videos on Mevio, and just use the website to link back. For the time being, you will not be able to access old episodes and their show-notes here. All of that can be found here.
The priority right now is to re-write all old pages (About, Setup, etc.), re-install Intense Debate and re-upload the image assets for the sidebar. Over the next two weeks or so, I will be gradually updating all the old posts to bring it back to normal.
The MacWorld Expo is coming up soon, it’s time for the rumor show!
But first, Apple announced that this is their last year at MacWorld, at that Steve Jobs (Phil Schiller instead) will NOT be doing the keynote this year. What do you think is happening?
Jason Calacanis says that Apple will make a TV with an AppleTV built in. If they do come out with one, I can’t wait to see how nice it will look!
There have been reports this week of Apple introducing an iPhone Nano.
Back this week with real news (even if it involves a lot of iPhones)!

AT&T brought back the ability to purchase an iPhone online. You can only purchase for yourself, or a family member. Otherwise, you are going to need an iPhone Gift Card.
Walmart may sell a 4GB, $99 iPhone. I doubt it, but I have been wrong before.
Pastebud is the new way to copy and paste on the iPhone. It is not an application, but instead, a Java-based WebApp.
